The City of Winterset introduces a new interactive self-service reference tool that supports our move toward a more self-service approach for the public. This tool is designed to help you easily find common residential requirements at any time, including afterhours, nights, and weekends.
This is a standalone, interactive PDF document.. Each bullseye on the graphic represents a typical residential topic. Simply click on a bullseye and it will open the corresponding municipal code section related to items such as accessory structures, fences, parking, and other common residential requirements. An index located on the right side of the document helps you quickly identify what each bullseye represents.
