Solar Rules

• Must fill out an interconnect contract
• WMU does not do net metering.
• Excess power purchased at current avoided cost
• Customer must purchase bi-directional meter at current cost
• Miscellaneous service charges may apply and are subject to change

Electric Vehicle Rules

• Customer must fill out a permit at City Hall
• Customer must install a Level II charger (240v)
• Customer is encouraged to charge vehicle between 10pm and 5am
• Customer is responsible for any service upgrade including but not limited to meter, service line, and transformer.
